WorkflowHub provides a marketplace platform for buying and selling n8n workflow automation templates. We act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating transactions and providing a platform for digital content delivery.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are final upon completion of payment. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The template does not function as described
  • You have not downloaded or accessed the template files
  • You submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase

5. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a template, you receive a non-exclusive license to:

  • Use the template for personal or commercial projects
  • Modify and customize the template for your needs
  • Use the template in client projects

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute the template as-is
  • Share your purchased templates with others
  • Claim authorship of the original template

6. Seller Terms

Sellers agree to provide accurate descriptions of their templates, maintain quality standards, and respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner. WorkflowHub reserves the right to remove any template that violates our guidelines or receives multiple complaints.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on WorkflowHub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WorkflowHub or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

WorkflowHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific template in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
