Overview

**What it automates:** Weekly trigger → fetch client activity (emails, calls, meetings) → OpenAI scores churn risk (0-100) and flags indicators (silent 14+ days, late payment, negative sentiment) → ranks by risk → Slack alert. **Business outcome:** Churn is losing money twice: lost revenue + re-acquisition cost. Early detection lets you intervene (check-in, discount offer, escalation) and save deals. **Apps & nodes:** Schedule (weekly), CRM API or email fetch, OpenAI (risk scoring), Slack (alerts) **Setup (4 steps):** 1. Connect CRM or email source 2. Add OpenAI API key 3. Define risk indicators (silence threshold, payment terms, sentiment keywords) 4. 1. 01

   Download the JSON

   With an active Library Pass, download the workflow file right from this page or your dashboard.

2. 02

   Import into n8n

   Choose Import from File and select the downloaded JSON. The full agent graph appears, ready to configure.

   Plug in credentials

   Each integration node prompts for credentials on first run. The setup guide lists every credential the agent expects.

4. 04

   Activate and test

   Run once with sample input, confirm the expected output, then flip the activate toggle.
